The Viver Cooperative presents: Wine and Chocolate Pairing in Viver
If you’re looking to enjoy a different kind of experience, the Viver Cooperative invites you to a very special event in Viver: a tasting that brings together speciality chocolates (blind tasting, gluten-free and dairy-free) with Mediterranean-style wines in a surprising pairing.
Over the course of 1 hour and 30 minutes, you’ll discover how to recognise quality chocolate — from its origin to its production process — and how it interacts with three carefully selected wines. A guided experience designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace, with your senses fully engaged. No prior knowledge of wine or cocoa is needed — just bring your curiosity and your appetite for flavour.
Two specialists will lead the session:
✨ An expert guide in speciality chocolate who will help you understand what lies behind each bar and taste three different origins.
🍷 A product and wine tourism specialist who will guide the wine tasting and final pairing, where you’ll discover how cocoa and wine enhance notes such as fruit, acidity and balsamic aromas.
