NEW OIL FESTIVAL
We’re delighted to celebrate the “New Oil Festival” once again after such difficult times for our olive groves. To welcome the arrival of our fresh EVOO, we’ve organised this free event that we’re thrilled to share with all of you. Here you’ll be able to purchase the first oils of the season—exceptional and extra fresh—alongside the rest of our cooperative products. It’s a wonderful opportunity to fill your pantry with the authentic flavour of the Mediterranean.
The celebration will take place on Sunday, 21 December, in the morning (from 10:30 to 14:30), the perfect time to enjoy the purest flavours of freshly extracted EVOO. We’ll gather in the courtyard of the oil mill, the heart of our cooperative, founded over 30 years ago exclusively as an olive oil producer and home to the magic behind the extra virgin olive oil we love so much.
The “New Oil Festival” is a unique experience where you can taste our EVOO, produced mainly from our local Serrana del Palancia olives, at their freshest and purest. Our farmers have worked hard to harvest the very best olives, which have been carefully handled and processed in our mill, combining tradition and technology to obtain this superior-quality liquid gold.
This is a family-friendly event with a programme for all ages. In addition to the sales stalls, we’ll enjoy a gastronomic area and a children’s zone, where little ones can have fun with creative activities and meet our mascot, Olivico. There will also be EVOO tastings to help participants discover the aromas, flavours and quality of our oils.
By joining us, you’ll be supporting the cooperative’s commitment to dignified agriculture and our member farmers.
