4. How long do we keep your personal data?

In general, we will keep the personal data provided to us in order to maintain a record of our services and manage our services efficiently, for as long as you remain a citizen of Viver and the data subject does not request its deletion.

Even if deletion is requested, the data will be blocked for the necessary time, and its processing will be limited to only one of the following cases: to comply with any legal/contractual obligations to which we are subject and/or during the legal periods provided for the expiry of any liabilities on our part and/or the exercise or defence of claims arising from the relationship with the citizen/data subject.
