3. General terms and conditions of use of the Portal
By accessing, browsing the Viver Town Council's Internet Portal and/or using the services included therein, you acquire the status of User, without reservations of any kind, to each and every one of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Specific Conditions, which, where applicable, govern the provision of the services available on the website, without prejudice to the User's compliance with the conditions set out and provided for by the websites hyperlinked from http://www.viveviver.com, for which the Viver Town Council is not responsible.
The Viver Town Council may, at any time and without prior notice, modify the General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Specific Conditions that may be established.
In any case, the User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services that the Viver Town Council offers through the Portal and, by way of example but not limited to:
(i) engaging in activities that are unlawful, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order.
(ii) Not to introduce, store or disseminate on or from the Portal any information or material that is explicitly or implicitly defamatory, libellous, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, advocates terrorism, is pornographic or incites violence, discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, ideology, religion or in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, with special attention to the honour, privacy or image of third parties and, in general, against human rights.
(iii) Not to use false identities or impersonate others when using the Portal or any of the services provided, including the use of third-party passwords or access codes or any other means. (vi) Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the Portal any content that infringes the intellectual or industrial property rights or business secrets of third parties, or in general any content that you do not have the right to make available to third parties in accordance with the law.
(vii) Not to use the services offered on the Portal for the purpose of promoting external companies and services, other websites, or advertising or commercial campaigns, or to act for the benefit of legal entities. In the event of a breach of the above conditions, the Viver Town Council reserves the right and shall be entitled to block, suspend or cancel, immediately and without prior notice, access to and use of the Portal and, where appropriate, to remove any content that is presumed or declared to be illegal, whether at its sole discretion or at the request of an affected third party or competent authority.
4. Liability.
The Viver Town Council shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from, including but not limited to:
(i) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system or in the computer equipment of Users, caused by reasons beyond the control of the Viver Town Council, which prevent or delay the provision of services or navigation through the System.
(ii) Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems.
(iii) Those that may be caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond the control of the Viver Town Council and which are not attributable to it.
(iv) The impossibility of providing the service or allowing access for reasons not attributable to the Viver Town Council, due to the User, third parties, or cases of force majeure.
(v) The Viver Town Council Portal may contain links to the electronic sites of other public administrations or to websites of other bodies, companies or institutions, with the aim of facilitating the search for information and resources via the Internet for citizens. However, these pages are not owned by the Viver Town Council and, therefore, the Viver Town Council is not responsible for their content, operation or any possible consequences that may arise from accessing or using them. Messages on the links may indicate whether or not accessing them means leaving the VIVER TOWN COUNCIL website. In any case, when leaving the address http://www.viver.es, the information or services accessed are outside the scope of responsibility of the owner of the VIVER TOWN COUNCIL website.
5. Intellectual and industrial property.
The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, domain names, trademarks, as well as the information and content collected throughout the Portal are protected by Spanish law, in favour of the Viver Town Council.
Their use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other similar or analogous activity is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the Viver Town Council.
The licence to use any content on this website, granted to the User, is limited to the downloading of said content and its private use.
