INTRODUCTION
As part of the National Health Promotion Strategy, we propose seven circular routes, designed to be covered on foot in approximately one hour. They offer a 4-5 km circuit through the village of Viver and its surroundings. With a low to moderate level of difficulty, they are ideal for enjoying nature and improving your physical well-being without too much effort.
Recommendations:
Sun protection: Depending on the time of year, don't forget to wear sunscreen and a hat.
Clothing and footwear: Wear hiking boots or trainers and comfortable clothing.
Water: Bring enough water to stay hydrated during the route.
