With La Guinda, we wanted to diversify and expand the gastronomic offering of both Viver and the Alto Palancia region, including dishes of Arabic, South American and Asian origin on our menu, as well as around twenty classic and signature cocktails.
We are located in an idyllic setting in the Floresta de Viver Park, next to the waterfall and Roman baths. It is a real luxury that makes us feel privileged to be able to work here.
We define our menu as ‘street food’ because it has a lot to do with the concept, but we cook everything in-house, from the dishes themselves to the accompanying sauces.
We have also taken vegetarians and coeliacs into account when creating our menu, offering gluten-free alternatives such as nachos, cochinita pibil tacos and torrezno, as well as dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans such as hummus, falafel and shiitake mushroom gyozas.
Our gastronomic offering is accompanied by a cultural programme that begins with live performances and will include stand-up comedy and, if all goes as planned, activities for children.
In short, we are a venue with a very distinct personality and we hope to continue receiving the same warm welcome we have enjoyed during our first few days throughout the summer... If you haven't come to see us yet, we will welcome you with open arms.
