WAR RELICS

The ‘Frente de Viver’ project stems from an interest in protecting, learning about and disseminating the remains of the Civil War that are preserved in this municipality in the interior of Castellón.

CIBAL

‘EL CIBAL’ (Levante Battle Interpretation Centre) is a permanent exhibition in Viver that preserves the memory of the events that took place in the town during the Civil War.

ROUTE: “ALTO DEL SABINAR” & “DEL NIÑO”.

This circular route is of medium difficulty, as it passes through several sections of rough tracks, covering the areas of Las Cambras and Alto del Niño, visiting different sites of war remains from the Civil War of 1936-1939. The route is interesting both for the war sites and for the little-known spots that are worth visiting for their views and beauty. The route is short in length, but it requires time to enjoy the various places you will visit.
